From the window at Jouy en Josas

The view from the office window
Always tempting
to get out for a run,
the hiking path is just 200 m away,
starting with a nice uphill.
Rod used to knock at my door
at 11 30,
holding his running shoes...
I took him to this forest
and he liked it,
quite a change from the corn fields
Unfortunately, now, he and viv are back
at Urbana Champaign-Illinois but the running routine is kept up!!!

et le GR à 200m, avec une bonne côte pour commencer,
très tentant d'aller courir.
Je me souviens de Rod, en sabbatique chez nous, qui frappait à ma porte à 11 30 tous les jours avec ses chaussures...
Je lui avais fait découvrir cette forêt, il avait aimé, ça le chageait des champs de maïs..
Malheureusement, viv et lui ils sont retournés à l'université d'illinois mais l'habitude reste!
